The idea came at the end of the pandemic.
Two years of fear had taught the world something the cleaning industry had forgotten: a space isn't just a place. It's a feeling. It's how safe you feel in your own kitchen, how rested you feel in your own bedroom, how peaceful you feel coming home at the end of a hard day. The pandemic taught us — viscerally, painfully — that a space doesn't take care of itself. Someone has to take care of it.
Golden Touch Squad was founded on that conviction.

We started in Chicago — a city that teaches you grit, work ethic, and how to take care of your people. We grew up understanding what hard work looked like, what showing up consistently meant, and how much a clean, ordered space could change someone's day.
Phoenix gave us the platform to build something bigger.
Out of the post-pandemic moment, Golden Touch Squad began as a family-owned, minority-owned cleaning brand with one promise: deliver the kind of authentic, concierge-level care that most cleaning companies talk about but rarely actually provide. The kind your grandmother would recognize. The kind your most discerning friend would trust. The kind that brings real joy, real peace, and real healing — one space at a time.

The Healing Homes Project is how we do that.
We partner with local shelters, foster homes, and transitional housing programs to provide free deep cleaning services to people rebuilding their lives. A single mom moving into her first apartment. A veteran transitioning into housing. A foster family welcoming a child. People who have already done the hardest part — finding the path forward — and deserve to walk into a space that feels like a beginning, not a continuation of struggle.

The Healing Homes Project is funded by donations, partnerships, and a portion of the work we do every day. Every commercial contract, every recurring residential client, every Airbnb turnover — they all contribute, directly and indirectly, to the work we give freely. The commercial brand and the mission arm aren't separate. They're the same conviction expressed at two different scales.

Every brand needs a heart. Ours has four legs.
Goldie is our Squad's official Chief Joy Officer. She doesn't clean. She doesn't ride along to jobs. But she reminds us, every single day, what this brand is actually for: bringing joy, comfort, and warmth to the spaces — and the people — we care for.
She's also the quiet test we apply to every decision we make. Would Goldie approve of how we're treating this client? Would Goldie approve of how we're treating this Squad member? Would Goldie approve of the home we're cleaning right now?
If the answer is yes, we're on track. If the answer is no, we adjust.
