At Golden Touch Squad, we love helping you save while we elevate your space. Below you’ll find how promo codes work, what they cover, and answers to the most common questions - so you can book with confidence.

Quick Rules (Read This First)

  • New booking only. Promo codes apply to appointments scheduled after you receive the offer.

  • One code per booking. Offers can’t be combined with other discounts, packages, or recurring-rate reductions.

  • Enter at checkout. Tap ‘Book Now,’ add your details, and paste your code into the Promo Code field before confirming.

  • Limited-time & limited-use. Most codes have an expiration date and/or use limits - when they’re gone, they’re gone.

  • Location & service eligibility may vary. Some offers apply to specific cities, service types, and or order minimums.

  • Fair-use policy. We reserve the right to adjust, decline, or cancel redemptions that don’t meet terms.

What Promos Can (and Can’t) Be Used On

Eligible examples:

  • Airbnb/Short-Term Rental turnovers (standard scope)

  • Move-In/Move-Out cleanings meeting the minimum service total

Not eligible:

  • Existing bookings or invoices already issued

  • Recurring plans already discounted (weekly/bi-weekly/every three weeks/monthly)

  • Add-ons priced by third parties (e.g., junk removal load fees, carpet stretching)

  • Commercial contracts or custom bids unless the offer explicitly says so

How to Apply a Code (3 Easy Steps)

  1. ClickBook Now

  2. Choose your service, date/time, and enter your home details

  3. Paste your promo code in the Promo Code field and confirm - your discount will display instantly

Tip: if your code doesn’t apply, double-check the expiration date, minimum spend, and eligible service.

Clear Examples

  • Can I stack codes? No. If you’re on a recurring plan with a reduced rate, you can’t add a separate promo code.

  • I booked last week - can I add a code now? Promos must be entered at checkout for new appointments only.

  • My code says “Airbnb Only.” It applies to eligible short-term rental turnover services, not residential deep cleans.

Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Rescheduling: Your promo travels with the appointments if the new date is within the offer window and scope.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel, the code returns to your account only if the offer is still valid and unused.

  • No-shows: missed appointments may void the promo and incur a fee per our service policy.

Special Programs (Good to Know)

  • Referral Credits: Earn credit when a friend books and completes their first service (cannot be combined with promo codes).

  • Seasonal Offers: Limited-time promotions may require a minimum order total or specific service type.

  • Gift Cards: Great for giving-gift cards can’t be discounted at purchase, but recipients can use valid promos on qualifying bookings.

  • Yes. Each offer includes an expiration date and sometimes a maximum number of redemptions.

  • If the scope increases (e.g., extra rooms, add-ons), your final total updates accordingly; percentage-based promos apply to the eligible portion only.
